How to use
01.
Lie down with a small pillow under your head.
02.
Place the bolster horizontally. Cross your legs on the bolster and remember to cross the other way after five minutes.

Place your arms alongside the body with your palms facing upwards.
04.
Use your breath to vary softly and subtly arch and flatten your lumbar spine with the belly going up when you inhale and down towards the floor when you exhale.
