How to use
01.
Sit in front of the bolster with your legs bent. Gently lower yourself onto the bolster in line with your spine.

Put a pillow under your head and neck, straighten your legs and let go of your feet.
03.
Your arms are alongside the body with your palms facing upwards.
04.
Relax into this chest opener by sinking into the bolster. Slowly observe your inhalation and exhalation and your belly going down towards the floor. Release the mouth and the jaw and completely let go. INHALE JOY, EXHALE NEGATIVE ……..
