How to use
01.
Sit in front of the bolster with your legs bent. Gently lower yourself onto the bolster in line with your spine.
02.
Put a pillow under your head and neck, straighten your legs and let go of your feet.
03.
Your arms are alongside the body with your palms facing upwards.
04.
Allow the chest opening by sinking into the bolster. Slowly observe your inhalation and exhalation. Observe your belly going down towards the floor. RELAX the mouth and the jaw and completely let go. INHALE JOY, EXHALE NEGATIVE ……..
