How to use
01.
This is a strong passive active chest opener so remember to relax your face, mouth and jaw.
02.
Place two bolsters vertically in line, bend your legs and sit on the edge of the first bolster(where they join).
03.
Lie down, keeping your legs bent and feet on the floor. Slide down until the edge of your shoulders touch the floor, and straighten your legs on the second bolster.
04.
If you feel lumbar pain as you straighten your legs, you can keep them bent with your feet on the floor.
