How to use

Kneel down with your toes touching each other and keep your knees apart.

Place the bolster in front of you and slowly lie down on it keeping your buttocks on your heels.

Turn your head to one side and push back using the grip of your hands. Roll your shoulder blades forward.

Turn your head to the other side, slow down your breathing and enjoy.
